Productivity Cheats - Timers

Having trouble getting started? Use these timers to break through the ice.

(1) Commit to not working for 3 minutes by pressing the 3 minute timer first.
(2) When 3 minutes is up, press the 3 minute timer and commit to working for 3 minutes.
(3) Repeat steps 1 & 2 until stopping for 3 minutes gets annoying.

Now either...

(4) Work for 21 minutes, then stop for a 7 minute break.
(5) Repeat until done.

OR... If you're still hitting a creative wall...

(4) Work for 7 minutes, then stop for a 3 minute break.
(5) Repeat until stopping every 7 minutes gets annoying and move to 21 minutes/7 minutes.
